USA Cheese Specialist Course

USDEC Middle East held an academic course on U.S. cheese inside the premises of the International Center for Culinary Arts (ICCA), Dubai-UAE.
The USA Cheese Specialist Certification Program took place in April-May 2019. Four sessions were given: Two Associate levels, one Intermediate Level and for the First time ever the Master class was held. This constituted the first batch of students who were certified as USA Cheese Specialists worldwide.
Chefs who followed the course successfully are now knowledgeable of U.S. cheeses and will play the role of ambassadors of U.S. cheeses in their workplace.
