Washington Apples-Sponsored TV Cooking Show

 The Washington Apple Commission partnered with Al Dafra TV channel in the UAE to produce 30 cooking episodes during the Holy Month of Ramadan. More than 30 recipes were prepared live on TV by professional chefs. The show highlighted the diversity and versatility of Washington apples, as a daily food item that can be incorporated in a wide spectrum of recipes for the whole family. Each episode started with a brief introduction on the health benefits of apples as well as characteristics of Washington apples, growing facts and history.
