The USA Cheese Guild continues to pursue its partnership with the International Centre for Culinary Arts (ICCA) to deliver a professional training program aiming to educate student chefs about U.S. cheeses and how to incorporate them into culinary applications. The first session for 2023 took place in February on the premises of ICCA – Dubai. Students were grateful and enjoyed learning valuable information on U.S. cheeses; they were impressed by the quality, versatility and variety of U.S. cheeses. Students expressed their keenness in participating in future USACG’s events. A special graduation ceremony was prepared for students who completed the Advanced level and graduated as USA Cheese Specialists. The second round will run in June 2023.
