The chef instructor seminar was held by a well-known local chef and targeted culinary students, faculty and restaurant owners. The activity took place on April 4, 2023. The seminar was attended by a group of 43 students between 25 and 40 years old as well as faculty. Student attendees came from different backgrounds including culinary students pursuing a career in the culinary industry as well as restaurant owners in Yerevan. The seminar aimed to teach the students different ways of handling, preparing and cooking US chicken, but also included some information on the US Poultry industry in general.
